TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. You must not accept any booking without understanding and agreeing the terms and conditions. Travel Track Tourism is a Private Limited company incorporated with Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, dealing in tourism marketing.

Travel proposal

A traveller who wishes to participate with our package tour shall fill the necessary information on a proposal form as designated by us (hereinafter referred to as the Tour proposal form), and shall submit it to us together with the required advance amount as specified separately by us.

Tour Price

The traveller shall pay to us, the amount of the tour price as specified, on or before the date specified in the proposal and prior to the starting date of the tour.

Itinerary

We shall promptly deliver to the traveller an itinerary detailing the contents of the tour service, tour prices and other conditions of the tour, and the tour will be administered as per itinerary.

Travelling Documents

All travellers must have a valid passport for international travel and many countries require at least 6 months validity from the date of return and some countries require a machine-readable passport.  When assisting with an international travel booking, we will assume that all travellers on the booking have a valid Indian passport.  If this is not the case, you must let us know.  It is important to ensure you have valid passports, visas and re-entry permits which meet the requirements of immigration and other government authorities. Any fines, penalties, payments or expenditures incurred as a result of such documents not meeting the requirements of those authorities will be your sole responsibility (except to the extent caused by fault on our part). If you need more information regarding visas, passports and other travel document requirements for your trip, please contact your Travel Manager.

Business Agents

We reserve the right to engage other travel agents, professional organizers and arrangers, or other helpers in or outside India, in having them make arrangements in whole, or in part on our behalf for the execution of the package tour contract.

Cancellation policy

Either party shall be entitled to cancel the tour under certain conditions.

Traveller may, cancel the package tour 7 days before the commencement date of the tour by paying the cancellation fee as specified in the schedule. If the traveller wishes to cancel the contract, we shall accept and process payment of cancellation fee from the amount already paid by the traveller.

We reserve the right to cancel the tour contract, in case where the number of travellers participating in the tour does not reach the minimum number of participants for the tour as specified in the contract.

We reserve the right to cancel the tour in whole or part in the following instances

In case where unusual and unforeseen circumstances arise due to reasons beyond our control, including, but not limited to acts of God/ providence, acts of war, civil commotion, suspension and/or closure of Tour services such as transport and accommodation facilities exercises and /or orders from government and other public agencies, and other circumstances that affect the safe and smooth implementation of the tour.

Refund policy

Cancelled bookings may incur charges. These charges can be up to 100% of the cost of the booking, regardless of whether travel has commenced. Fees and extra charges may also apply where a booking is changed and when tickets or documents are re-issued. Where we incur any liability for a supplier cancellation fee or charge for any booking which you cancel, you agree to indemnify us for the amount of that fee or charge. Where you seek a refund for a cancelled booking for which payment has been made to the supplier, we will not provide a refund to you until we receive the funds from that supplier.

Accountability of the traveller

Traveller shall follow the decorum for the smooth functioning of the tour. Any lose or damage caused due to the violation of decorum of the traveller will be on account of the traveller.

In case where we have suffered damage due to the direct intention and/or fault of a traveller shall be required to compensate us for the damage.

Special attention will be provided on request and cost.

In case where the traveller participating in the package tour requires special attention, the aforementioned traveller shall mention such a request to us at the time of application for the contract. We shall attempt to accommodate such request as far as possible. Expenses incurred as a result of special arrangements made at request of the traveller shall be borne by the traveller themselves.

Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute between the company and the client all such disputes will be resolved through the procedure established by law and through the process of Courts, Tribunals or Commissions as the case may be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Kollam.
